Abstract

Organizational learning and psychological safety are key factors for the development and success of an organization. This article aims to explore how leadership can positively influence these aspects within the corporate environment. The research was conducted through a quantitative study in a petrochemical company, involving professionals from different areas and hierarchical levels. The results indicate that employees perception of psychological safety is directly linked to the leadership style practiced in the organization. Furthermore, it was found that a psychologically safe environment contributes to organizational learning and innovation.
