Abstract

This paper aims to present the research developed on the topic of the artistic work of circus children, with the objective of analyzing how the main aspects and peculiarities of circus culture impact the regulation process, complicating oversight by responsible bodies. Additionally, it aims to analyze Brazilian laws concerning constitutional rights and child labor regulation, exposing the legal interpretation controversy that hinders the uniform treatment of the issue and the legislative difficulty due to cultural aspects. The research method involved a bibliographic survey and literature review to determine the subject's status, identify the responsible regulatory bodies, and explore the main causes of legal controversies.
