Abstract

Studies point to a strong increase in demand in the autonomous services market, a growth that generates the need for interdependence to follow the evolution of the market in general. With technological advances and the diversity of business models, numerous modifications and transformations arise within the business universe, a fact that causes companies to change the way of managing their services and the way of meeting demands. To this end, it is essential that they seek to understand the systematization and resourcefulness of Platformization, which aims to facilitate communication between customer and service provider(s). Therefore, the present project consists of developing an application that allows the sharing of services provided by the self-employed class, facilitating the search of external users, that is, possible clients who seek to hire some service listed on the platform, in addition to facilitating, also, the communication between both.
