Abstract

Human existence is marked by changes in lifestyle, as a result of the process of evolution or by revolutions that allow for its own development. The changes suffered by human beings affect their way of living. Sleep has been affected in contemporary times due to work issues, use of technology and nighttime habits. Sleep deprivation can trigger health problems, causing a worsening of quality of life.
