Abstract

From a database containing two wine variants, red and white, based on their physicochemical characteristics. A technique in the area of ​​Artificial Intelligence called Machine Learning was used. And within this technique, the Regression model was explored, which aims to make predictions, in our case, of the quality of the wine, with twelve attributes. To execute, the Weka 3.8.5 software was used, which generated a result to be compared with a classification previously made by experts.
